How Do I Begin to Develop My
Web Site?

Consultation –
New Exclusive Webs will meet with you for a consultation free of
charge. The meeting will last approximately 30 – 45 minutes. At this
time we will discuss your objectives and needs, help you organize your
thoughts, and determine if you want your site to be informational or if
you wish to sell services and products. We will listen to your needs,
your ideas, your dreams and help you plan your exclusive
website.

Estimate –
After our initial consultation meeting, a deposit of $100 is required
along with a signed contract before design work can begin. The deposit
will be deducted from the first month’s bill. We will provide you a
list of questions from which we will develop a navigation outline and a
website strategic plan along with a proposed estimate. Each site is
custom designed and therefore there is no “basic” package. One size
does not fit all. Your website will be designed exclusively
for you! The pricing for your site will be determined by you, depending
on what you choose. If you have a specific budget amount for your
website, we will work with you to design the best site we can and stay
within your financial guidelines. As a professional web designer, we
will be able to expand and develop your site as your business grows.

Registration –
We will help you in choosing a domain name and will register that name
for you. It is important to keep the name as simple as possible --
something that can be easily remembered and that your clientele will
associate with your company, such as
mycompanyname.com.

Hosting – Once
you’ve chosen your domain name, we will choose and arrange for the best
company to host your site.

Design Construction
– After you submit text, photographs, product information, company
logos, contact information, history, directions, and any additional
information for your site, we will provide preliminary drafts of your
website for your review. If you do not have current pictures or the
time to take them, we can come on site and arrange to take digital
photographs. When all changes and modifications are made, your site
will be uploaded on the internet for your final review. After you are
completely satisfied, your site will “go live” and be uploaded to the
internet.

Payment – Our
rate for web designing is $35 per hour. Bills will be submitted at the
end of each month for work done during that month. We strive to provide
you with the quality you deserve at a rate you can afford. There are

Site Maintenance
– Once your site is up and running, we are available to provide regular
maintenance, updating and modification to your site. To be successful,
a site must be updated and maintained on a regular basis.
